This olive oil is made from olives grown on our family's 800-tree orchard in Mt. Iblei, Sicily. We harvest our olives by hand once a year to create just 200 bottles. Within hours of being harvested, the olives are cold pressed to create an olive oil that is rich in flavor and healthy antioxidants. For generations, these three olive cultivars have grown together, creating a beautifully balanced blend that reflects the rich flavors of Sicily.

About our olives
We grow our olives on the sun-kissed hills of Mt. Iblei in southeastern Sicily where the mineral-rich, volcanic soils of Mt. Etna and the cooling breeze from the Ionian Sea meet to create olive oils of remarkable flavor and depth. These ancient groves grow among prickly pear, almond and lemon trees, where the aroma of wild fennel and herbs fill the landscape and echo in the oil itself.
